Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our advanced skin analysis at Body Sculpting Clinics.
A skin analysis is a professional assessment using advanced multi-spectral imaging that looks beyond the surface to detect pigmentation, UV damage, enlarged pores, texture irregularities, and more — creating a personalised treatment plan based on clinical data.
Our scanner uses multi-spectral imaging with intelligent light sources to capture high-resolution images at multiple angles — analysing both surface and subsurface layers to measure texture, pore size, UV damage, brown spots, and pigmentation that are not visible to the naked eye.
Anyone wanting to better understand their skin — whether concerned about ageing, acne, pigmentation, or sun damage. Particularly useful before starting a new treatment course.
Not at all. The scan is completely non-invasive and pain-free — you simply rest your chin on the scanner while images are captured. No contact with the skin, no discomfort.
Around 15–20 minutes. You receive an in-depth consultation and detailed results breakdown immediately after the scan, including a 3D skin map covering up to 8 key concerns.
Your clinician recommends a customised treatment plan tailored to your skin's needs — including in-clinic treatments, skincare products, or lifestyle tips. Progress scans can be compared side-by-side at future visits to track improvements.
A single skin scan session is $69 AUD, including the full multi-spectral assessment and a personalised results consultation with your clinician.
