Body Sculpting Clinics has a strict no refund policy on purchases if you change your mind whether these programs are paid in full or, in the event that your circumstances change, or if you choose to discontinue treatments.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• Treatments/services cannot be transferred to other individuals or clinics.
• For all appointments (whether made online or through a clinic), we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or change in appointment date/time.
• If you, no show, reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
• If this is a prepaid treatments, you will be forfeiting this treatment.
• Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Deposits paid for consultations are non-refundable.

 

GENERAL TERMS

• Non-Refundable Policy for Change of Mind: Body Sculpting Clinics has a strict no-refund policy for purchases if you change your mind, if your circumstances change, or if you choose to discontinue treatments.
• Compliance with Australian Consumer Law: Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law. We may also issue refunds at our discretion if we determine that a treatment purchased cannot be safely provided (e.g., if your skin type or health conditions are unsuitable for the selected treatment).

 

BOOKING AND LOCATION SELECTION

• Correct Location Selection: When booking an appointment, it is essential to select the correct Body Sculpting Clinics location (referred to as your “Chosen Clinic”). Please verify the clinic location during booking to avoid errors.
• No Transfers Between Locations: Treatments, services, and prepaid packages cannot be transferred between Body Sculpting Clinics locations. Services must be redeemed at the clinic where they were originally booked or purchased.

 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

• Notice Required: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to any appointment, regardless of booking method (online, telephone, or in-person).
• Fees for Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours or fail to attend your appointment:
  • We may charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
  • If the treatment was prepaid, it will be forfeited.
• Non-Refundable Deposits for Consultations: Any deposit paid for consultations is non-refundable if you cancel within the 48-hour notice period or do not attend.

 

PREPAID TREATMENTS

• Savings and Expiry: Prepaid packages offer savings but are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages expire 12 months from the purchase date (for fewer than 10 treatments) or 18 months from the purchase date (for packages of 10 or more treatments).
• Booking Requirements: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling prepaid treatment appointments. If you cancel or miss an appointment within this notice period, your treatment will be forfeited.
• Non-Transferable: Prepaid treatments cannot be transferred to other clients, treatment areas, or Body Sculpting Clinic locations.

 

RESPONSIBILITY AND EXPECTATIONS FOR TREATMENT RESULTS

• Complimentary Consultations: We offer complimentary consultations to provide you with information about our treatments and products. While we exercise due care and skill in treating our clients, it is ultimately your responsibility to determine if a product or treatment is suitable for you.
• Information Disclosure: It is essential that you provide Body Sculpting Clinics with all requested information when completing your consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments.
• Realistic Expectations: Please have realistic expectations regarding treatment outcomes. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional to understand what results can be achieved through your treatment.
• Agreement to Terms: By purchasing prepaid treatments, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

SUSPENDING PREPAID TREATMENT PACKAGES

• Suspension Eligibility: In exceptional circumstances, prepaid treatment packages may be eligible for suspension.
  • For certain medical conditions, prepaid treatment packages can be suspended for up to 12 months at our discretion.
• Suspension Limit: Only one suspension is permitted per prepaid treatment package.
• Documentation Requirement: Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates) may be required to consider the suspension request.
• Expiry Adjustment: The time remaining on your prepaid treatments will be preserved during suspension and reinstated once you resume treatments.

 

COSMETIC INJECTABLES

• Deposit and Booking Terms: Cosmetic injectables require a $50 minimum non-refundable deposit for consultations with Registered Nurses and a $150 deposit for Cosmetic Physician appointments. Deposits are redeemable toward your treatment if you proceed on the scheduled day.
• 72-Hour Cancellation Policy for Specific Treatments: For treatments like the Non-Surgical Butt Lift and Cellulite Treatments, which require special formulation, a strict 72-hour cancellation policy applies. Failure to provide notice within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the treatment, with no exceptions.
• No Refunds or Guarantees on Results: Due to the variability in response, results cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired effect, and no refunds will be provided.
• Single Appointment for Packages: Cosmetic injectable packages with multiple areas must be used within a single appointment and cannot be split across appointments.

 

ADVERSE REACTIONS POLICY

• Reporting and Cooperation: In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction to a treatment or product, contact Body Sculpting Clinics immediately. You must fully cooperate with our assessment process, which may involve providing photos, health records, or undergoing telehealth consultations.
• Assessment Period: We may require up to 6 weeks to investigate any reported adverse reaction.
• Follow-Up and Remedies: We will work with you to provide care recommendations, and, if necessary, may schedule additional follow-up appointments to assess your situation.
• No Refunds for Adverse Reactions: While we take all necessary precautions to prevent adverse reactions, Body Sculpting Clinics is not liable for reactions outside our control, negligence, or fault. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

TRANSFER POLICY

• Non-Transferable Treatments: Treatments and services, whether prepaid or not, cannot be transferred to other individuals or to other Body Sculpting Clinics locations.
• Non-Transferable Services: Once booked (whether online or in-clinic), treatments or services cannot be transferred to other Body Sculpting Clinics locations or to other individuals.
• Treatment Areas: Pre-paid treatments for specific treatment areas cannot be transferred to other areas within a package.

 

EXPIRY TERMS

• Expiry for Prepaid Packages: Prepaid packages expire within 12 months for under 10 treatments or 18 months for packages with 10 or more treatments from the date of purchase.
• Promotions and Discounts: Promotional discounts on treatments are valid only within the designated promotional period and cannot be combined with prepaid package discounts.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By booking, purchasing, or receiving services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
